Work along Keneston

Finally seeing progress north of IKEA. Hopefully this will less to more public transit, bike and walking paths as well. Next up however, redevelopment of PPCLI.

I could never get the hang of Tuesdays. But my hair looks kind of OK

Experiments in filter

Two photos taken second apart with two different filters on my S3. Amazing, isn't it

Soon, the leaves will come

Sorry if I haven't been posting a lot of new stuff. Work has not been pleasant the past few days.

Things that make you go hmmm

Not sure where that rock came from. Might have been broken off from a few feet away but you would have had to lift it up about 3 feet.

It is about halfway on the Bear Lake trail though.

Rhubarb, Cockroaches and Keith Richards

There are three things which will survive a nuclear holocaust.

After the train

As nice as it was yesterday and early today, April had showers for us. Pretty in the sunset though

Saturday 11 April 2015

Easter on the road

Heading out to see the in-laws for Easter. The Assiniboine River is high, but it's early in the year and the snow is pretty much gone. As long as Saskatchewan doesn't push a lot of water down suddenly we should be good this year.

After dinner relaxing

Had a super filling dinner with my extended family for Easter. Now, we all relax!

Friday 3 April 2015

Not long now

Patience is a virtue!

It was green here this morning

Late winter storms happen. Thankfully this one was relatively quick. Just puts a damper on outdoor projects for the weekend.

Best sushi in town!

Ugly Tempura and Hot Crab. YUM.

Winnipeg has a ton of really good restaurants though. It's fantastic for a foodie like me.
